What We Collect
Contact form. When you submit our contact form (processed by Formspree), we receive your name, email address, role, area of interest, and the message you write.
Scheduling. When you book a call through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email, and your answers to the booking questions, and shares them with us.
Purchases. Digital products are sold through Payhip, with payments processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email address, and the product purchased. We never see or store your full payment card details.
Resource updates list. If you sign up for resource updates, we collect your email address through MailerLite, which stores and processes it on our behalf. We use it only to send you new resources and occasional practice updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you immediately.
Email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence.
What we don't collect. This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone. Embedded third-party services (Calendly, Payhip) may set their own cookies, governed by their own privacy policies.
Information About Your Child
Parents and guardians often share information about a child's education, disability, evaluations, or disputes with a school. This information is provided voluntarily, treated as confidential, and used only to respond to you and provide the services you request. It is never sold, shared with school districts, or used for any other purpose.
Please share only what is necessary, and do not attach or paste evaluations, IEPs, or other student records into the contact form. If our work together requires reviewing documents, we will provide instructions for sending them at that time.
How We Use Information
To respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver services, fulfill product purchases, and administer the business. We will not add you to a mailing list without your consent.
Service Providers
We rely on a small number of service providers to operate: Formspree (contact form), Calendly (scheduling), Payhip and Stripe (sales and payment processing), MailerLite (resource updates list), and our website and email hosting providers. Each processes your information under its own privacy policy, and only as needed to provide its service.
Retention and Your Choices
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required for business and legal records. You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing contact@cleareducationaladvocacy.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please use the document transfer instructions we provide rather than the contact form for sensitive records.
Children
This website is intended for adults — district staff, educators, and parents. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
